Genta Ishimori (石守源太) is the pen name Ryūto Yamagata (山形瑠音) has been using on Dandadan. This was confirmed privately by several people involved with Sakugabooru doing sourcing work and who are in contact with production staff, and corroborated by a mutual friend of Yamagata's who asked him directly. He is most commonly known online under the alias Saitowa (サイトワ), which he uses on YouTube and, until recently, Twitter. Importantly, this is the alias he requested to be tagged under on Sakugabooru. Even though he hasn't been credited under that name on an official production yet, I'd argue it's useful to include Saitowa as an alias on his encyclopedia page should he decide to be credited as such in the future.
