On Robert/Roberto Cardenas, is there any source on which given name variant he prefers?

There isn't, but he was credited at first as "Roberto" like on Akame ga Kill! (https://youtu.be/tbPghgx8n2k?t=22) but then later simply "Robert". Some of the stuff on the Roberto page, he was actually credited as just "Robert" (Ex: Beyond the Boundary movies, both the original release and SteelBook use "Robert"). One can probably ask them on Facebook, this is what shows up when you Google their name with Sentai Filmworks.

Ah, OK, given that he seemingly has been credited as Robert later and more often, and that he uses that name for Facebook even, that is probably his preferred name. |

These need to be merged. 23970 is the correct spelling, 14190 is wrong. On Full Metal Panic! and Angelic Layer, it's MacLeod, NOT McLeod. It's also MacLeod on Kino's Journey and Dirty Pair.

Alex Cazares (person#145206) (main name), Alejandra E. Cazares (person#187960) (variant), and Alex Evette (person#168918) (alias)
A recent addition to Fire Emblem Heroes' cast is Dagr, whose English VA is credited to Alejandra Evette. Cazares (known for Glitter Peace in Glitter Force, Lulu in WarioWare Gold, etc.) is no less recognizable, however, and when congratulated for the role on Twitter, Cazares liked the tweet. Alejandra is Alex's full first name, as can be seen in the credits for WarioWare Gold (1:09), and Alex has tweeted about being in Dino Girl Gauko, thus making her the same person as Alejandra E. Cazares. Given that Alejandra Cazares = Alex Cazares and Alejandra E. Cazares = Alex E. Cazares, Alejandra Evette = Alex Evette. In Twin Star Exorcists, Kinu Furusato sounded exactly the same when both Evette and Cazares played her, and it should also be noted that Joe Ochman was initially credited as Joey Lotsko for the first 12 episodes (i.e. the first batch) but used his real name for the rest of the series (from ep 13 onward). Alex's name changed at the same time as Joe's, as can be seen in this screenshot set. |
