Yay! Glad to see that this got picked up (and will get the NISA treatment). Very Happy

One of the best comedies of 2013, but since I didn't import it, I don't think I'll be buying this version neither.

Contradiction much?

The real question is.....will NIS dub it shittily like the original?

NISA doesn't do dubs.

How is it a contradiction?

I suppose Himeko90 can't grasp the perspective of an importer.

I also buy every NISA release, but I stalled on this show simulcast around episode 5.
I had planned on dropping it, but decided to resume for some reason.
It is the ultimate anime cliche to say 'It gets better', but I really think it did. I thought it had redeemed itself into something watchable by the end. I never in a million years thought it would get picked up. I probably will buy it to keep the streak going.

I tried to like this show but it got old real fast. Kind of disappointed they licensed this show, every person I know who watchef it didn't like it.

I really was hoping that they would get Seitokai Yankumidomo that one makes me laugh till it hurts. It doesn't have much if any fanservice but I'm guessing it's to sexually charged with it's humor for them to pick up.

If they license it I will pay Aniplex pricing for a premium box set for that show.

Right there with you on Seitokai. Will need to cleanse the shame from my private areas if that one gets licensed by anyone.

I am actually a firm believer in the "it gets better" mantra. There are so many shows I ended up enjoying by the end that I would have dropped if I were not a completionist. Of course there are a pile that never get better, but I'll take the good with the bad.

Well it a nice pick but why them they need to start dubbing

Nothx, dubs are cancer. The release will be more expensive & it will take 12-24 months before the title is actually released. Not to mention US voice actors really can't compete with JP voice actors. Voice acting in Japan is different, and the competetion is incredibly intense. Those who actually get roles, and even further up the line, those who consistently get MC roles are extremely skilled at their work.

OT: NISA fanboy here, but unsure whether or not i'll actually get this... I haven't watched the series yet, but from the trailers & descriptions i've read this just seems so incredibly boring... Guess i'll watch an episode, and then decide. I really want to support NISA because they're my #1 distribution company, but this title just seems so dull.. Confused

Yeah, no. I know the perspective of an importer. What doesn't make sense is how you can call the series one of the best of 2013, yet have no plans to buy it (import version or otherwise). Sounds like a contradiction to me.

Ok, but that's how things work in Japan, so why does that even matter here, in the U.S., or other place that aren't Japan?
