It's a hog! *ducks* It's a nice concept car and all, but for $3,000 more, you can get a Toyota Prius hybrid (like the one my mother bought a year and a half ago) that runs quite well, except maybe in the snow. |

yeah that car is something my mom would drive. I can imagine driving that in Tokyo. If you drove it in Hsinchu. The scooter people will laugh at you.

it wouldn't work in the US, but I could totally see it chugging along the streets of Japan. It's also designed by Toriyama. Yes, it looks like something from Dr. Slump or Dragonball, but that's what makes it cool. I don't think anyone would buy it for a utilitarian use anyways. It's something fun to have. Don't tell me there isn't anything any of you would want that isn't just for fun?
Oh...scooters were obnoxious...god I want one. The suped up ones that were zooming around where I stayed. Hahaha. So friggin loud... |

The Honda Today is a real car, Miyuki's Today is a 2-door version of it. I wasn't able to find a pic of a 2-door police Today, so I subbed a 4-door.

I don't dispute the Honda Today is a real car, I was asking about the OTHER car that one of them bought in the manga, which turned out to be a lemon. But from it, they managed to make it into a semi-capable police car. |
