Well, I'm stuffed with food and wine on this good holiday. Thought I'd mention I ordered The Limit GN 1-6 from RS. I've been meaning to pick this series up for a long time and I think at 5.48 ea. that's a bargain. Also got around to ordering last volume of Claymore #27, so I can finally finish that series. Its been a long time finishing, but I can't wait to re-read the whole thing. Also pre-ordered Princess Jellyfish Omnibus 1 and Vinland Saga 7.

Only one order from the TRSI Christmas sale for me this year, gotta play it a little bit conservative. Mostly finishing off sequels for franchises I was collecting:
Familiar of Zero F DVD Infinite Stratos 2 DVD The World God Only Knows OVA DVD The World God Only Knows 3 DVD ef ~a tale of memories~ BD ef ~a tale of melodies~ BD I suppose I could've gotten almost all of those in BD, but JC Staff didn't have their shows "truly HD" until mid-2013, and FoZ 4 was Winter '12. IS 2 is DVD-only anyway, and TWGOK was just continuing inertia from getting the first two seasons on DVD. |

Barnes and Noble is apparently having a Buy 2 Get The 3rd Free on all manga; we didn't know about this until we saw one tiny display showcasing the sale. No signs around the manga area or any place else in the store; just this one little table... -sigh- Anyway... thanks to some Christmas money, I left with:
Shugo Chara! Vols. 5-7 Fairy Tail Vol. 6 A Silent Voice Vols. 1-2 The volumes of Fairy Tail and Shugo Chara! I needed to fill gaps in my collection (I started both series with random volumes bought at $5 manga booths at cons). A Silent Voice I've been flipping through every time we've gone there, and in addition to the reviews I've been really excited about starting this series. So I decided to pick both of them up as my "freebies". 
My husband and I have one more Christmas celebration to go to tomorrow, plus payday is coming up. So who knows; I might go back and pick up the next two volumes plus one of the other books I have my eye on! |

If you go to the B&N website http://www.barnesandnoble.com/ and type in "manga" in the search bar, a banner showing the same sale pops up with the results. They are not really pushing it very hard.
