It's really hard to tell if any US anime publisher will ever pick this up. For one thing, it's based on an old manga that only a small handful of US anime fans know about,

Sweet! If only the seiyuu of Totty is present, the series will complete, so I'm only 90% excited.

That, and Studio Pierrot can't rely on the Naruto franchise alone. They've got something comparably popular domestically. No reason they shouldn't pass up more of Osomatsu. The real question is if the team can keep the same amount of satirical subversive writing they did before, considering they got in trouble twice over it.
