Did they say "when" it's being aired?
I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks "the more I learn of this new project, the crazier I get..."
Kajiura hasn't been in a decent TV series since... Pandora Hearts?
Keep the info coming ANN!
Coming Soon: Air Dates!!!

Kajiura is doing the music?
That's enough for me to check it out. The music she composes is so beautiful.
EDIT: Also, can Black Butler be taken off that list? She only did an ending theme. You can add Le Petite Cossette, Kara no Kyoukai, or Pandora Hearts instead.

To be fair, I don't think she has been involved in any tv series at all since Pandora Hearts (soundtrack-wise at least, Kalafina stuff is a totally different thing).
She might have been involved with that latest Kara no Kyoukai project announced recently though. I suppose these 7 movies took a lot of energy from her these past 2-3 years, and that she might have taken some time off.
That's a totally awesome news though, I just can't get enough of her music. And combine her work with Shaft, Shinbo, and Aoki Ume, the final product is destined to be awesome.

With a lineup of star staff like that, this is already looking like Bakemonogatari all over again. And with that, Magica has the makings of a promising entry in the magical girl genre, which has its share of memorable titles as well as pretenders. Which it will be remains to be seen, but its current signs certainly look good.

Shinbo AND Kajiura? Instant watch. Those two together worked incredibly well for Petite Cossette; It's going to be really interesting to see what they do for a magical girl series.

Teh 2ch (sourcing an early sale copy of Megami) says the first episode isn't even finished. It's not clear if "Not done" means pre-production or what. Probably going to be a Spring series.
Same post also notes that staff and stuff will be gradually announced during commercials through November.

Well, Yuki Kajiura is one good way to get me to try and give another magical girl show a shot I suppose. I haven't really liked any, other than the Lyrical Nanoha series so I'll be keeping an eye on this one.
