What? Just the Wanderers? Not Magnificent World too?
I'm half pleased. I would love to see Magnificent World get rescued as well. Besides, it's not an official celebration unless we have Jinnai and the Bugrom live! |

Cool. The Geneon release is hard to find now, so I'll probably get this.

Awesomeness!
I hope the rest of the series will be rescued. Wanderers is one of my favorites. Ah the memories of watching anime on the International Channel. |

It's strange that they didn't pick up the original OAV as well. Perhaps AIC is asking too much for that license?
The Wanderers was a great retelling of the story, despite it being toned down for TV. Not only did it follow the basic story line of the original, they made certain changes that had you looking at the characters in a new light. Definitely get's my thumbs up -- good to see it finally get rescued |

The song was so ridiculous, but having Katsuhiko Jinnai and the Bugrom "perform" it was hilarious! Now I sorta know who that Jinnai character really is. |

I wish someone would rescue Haibane Renmei, Lain, and Paranoia Agent.

And I wish someone would rescue other titles than those. |

Great, this is the one part of El Hazard that I haven't managed to pick up on DVD -- it's a lot pricier on the used market than some of the other series. Hopefully we get some improvements too, like translations of the songs for the Japanese dub and softsubs instead of the VHS-era hardsubs and overlays.

Yay, license rescue!
I'm hoping someone rescues the rest of El Hazard too. |

COOL! That's really all I have to say about this! I own all the other El Hazard series. I had tried getting this version from Amazon merchants, but unfortunately they all contained that glitch on the second disc, and I just gave up after a while. While at this point it doesn't seem like Right Stuf is grabbing the original and classic OVA, I feel like they're doing me a favor helping me finally complete my collection after all this time. Very surprising and welcoming news!

Well, I already bought the original OVA back during the Happy Times, so this is pretty convenient for me. :p

Great news. You can count on Right Stuf to make a quality product, regardless of being packaged in a litebox. I'm looking forward to the release in September, but no hurry, we have yet to experience any summer here in Michigan!

Good God! I can't remember if it was Otakon 2000 or 2001 when they played that. I think 01. |

Okay, that song is just awesome. How did I miss this? As odd as this song was, this really matched the late 90's and early 2000's. Made no sense, but was exceptionally hilarious. As for the series, never heard of this until today. |
