Well, it's April 1 in my time zone. So, that puts an end to this round of the game. DerekTheRed will share the score with us when he has the chance, and I'll have the next round, with Calathan's image, up in a bit.

The top 50% of the points fall into the rank 7 range, so if we want to do the top X players can't pick up free turns, this would probably be a good place to draw the line. |

As I read: The idea is to disable the privileges of the top 10 leaders of picking up free-be posts. If this is correct... I agree. |

I disagree. The idea is to possibly attract newcomers by leaving open turns. While the general idea is exactly what you said. I sincerely find it no fun to compete with you, old hags! Hohoho.

This might be a way to get some new people involved in the game. I know that it can be a bit daunting since you need both good timing and the right knowledge to correctly guess more than the occasional picture. It does sometimes seem like the same people over and over are lurking about the thread to immediately grab the open opportunities and that players who are around less often rarely get a chance at them.
Although this rule would not help those of us who are only online from time to time or who don't know as many anime to get any more correct guesses, it would give folks who may not otherwise get to do so a chance to post a picture now and then . |

hmmm... I do would like to get more people involve in this game and leave room for them to get a turn. My own solution was to limit myself in posting per round, but that's just me.
I would be excited if there is a good solution in getting newcomers into the game. It would liven things up. |

I like the idea. The top scorers have plenty of opportunity to play their images anyway. This change allows others to more easily jump into the game.

I have to agree here. Of course, in my case, the only time I really get to post a picture IS if some passes on posting one!
