This is really wonderful to hear. I'd heard from many other SC fans *cough* reading ahead *cough* who said the story kind of just drops off and there is no real resolution, so I'm glad Peach-Pit is amending that, for lack of a better term. Anime catgrin

I have to get back into reading this. (Admittedly I was very turned-off by the spoiler[Utau/Ikuto incest] reveal)

Peach Pit seems to have a thing for restarting their series either under a different title or under a different publication (i.e. Rozen Maiden). I had a feeling an ending to Shugo Chara would be too abrupt if that was the end end.

I had a feeling this would happen. I just seemed far too abrupt to be an ending. Even though the main conflict in Shugo Chara was resolved several chapters ago, there was far too much left unresolved and far too much recently built up on for the series to end in one last chapter.


I look forward to future developments.

Wasn't that issue with Rozen Maiden not something that Peach-Pit had control over. Ah, here's a news snippet about it.

I so called that earlier, usually favorites like these would get a second return and Nakayoshi does this for popular titles. Plus the anime show can now go longer and try to outrun pretty cure lol
