I don't know exactly what it says, but from the google-translation, it sounds like they're busy working on getting volume 12 ready to be printed, so there won't be a new chapter in the magazine it's serialized in this month. It's not unheard of for a mangaka to take a short break from the serialization in order to prepare the collected release for print (since that usually involves drawing extra pages, making corrections to the original drawings, etc); perhaps they just wanted to reassure their fans that there wasn't a bigger problem keeping them from releasing a new chapter.
