First season? Does that mean the first 3 episodes, or the whole 6 episodes? I'm not sure if I could stand another season...I absolutely love the show, but waiting 2 months for another 15 minutes (or 6 months in the case of Act 4) is painful.

I'm not sure, but I think it's the whole 6 episodes. I can't wait to see Act 4 as well. I don't think I've seen anything like it (except for maybe Mizu no Kotoba ). |

I've seen quotes by Yoshiura saying that the first six episodes are the "first season".
Anyway, I'm really hoping this somehow beats the odds and gets licensed. I'd totally love to own the DVDs since I'm loving the show so much. |

Amazon Japan canceling my orders for the first two DVD volumes because they are no longer available from the manufacturer may have been a blessing in disguise as I can now pick up the entire first season of Time of Eve (Eve no Jikan) on Blu-ray.

Wait!!!! The DVD for Act 4 doesn't ship until June 1st?!?!?
So, did Yoshiura and Directions lie to us at Crunchyroll, or are they still going to have the episode ready and up for streaming in May like they promised back when they told us that they were postponing the April release date??? I don't think I can take another postponing, even if it is only a couple of weeks. -_- Source - (Red bolded type, half way down the page) |

You do realize that the DVDs for episodes 1-3 were released months after they were put up on Crunchyroll right?
Time of Eve is an ONA first an foremost, not an OVA. |

Oh, I was somewhat aware that the stream was supposed to precede any DVD releases. Well, the lack of mention of a specific stream release date, yet, is starting to unsettle me a bit.

The fourth episode of Eve no Jikan has already streamed in Japan, and Crunchyroll will be hosting it, subtitled in English, tomorrow. No worries. |

Oh My God. Checking for new eps of that show has been my only reason for coming to Crunchyroll (besides Coffee Prince) for like the last five months. |

I had no idea that they already planned a DVD release for this. I hope it comes with English subtitles, since I'm not betting on this series getting licensed.
I've been immensely enjoying Time of Eve. The wait for each episode has been quite agonizing for me, but the quality of each release makes it all worth it. |

Nevermind, my previous comments.
I logged on to Crunchyroll this morning and saw that they made an announcement last night saying that Yoshiura and Directions were going to upload the stream later today. Not to mention, all the swag (yes I said SWAG, yes it was the word they used) and contest prizes they were going to be giving away to celebrate the release! They sure know how to party over at CR. |

Well, I've heard about the show for a while but finally got around to watching it today. It is indeed really great, looking forward to the remaining episodes.

I'd like to see Pale Cocoon given similar treatment if Time of Eve manages to boost Yoshiura's recognition. I believe both are freely available on CR though. |
