I was already aware that many cable companies offered Anime Network on Demand (I'm getting it now), but I just found out that YTV is also offering an anime on demand service called Bionix that is currently playing series like Fullmetal Alchemist, Naruto, Eureka 7, Death Note, Gundam Seed Destiny, etc.

It's Bionix On Demand, an offshoot of their nigh dead television Bionix block.

I've watched Bionix not recently but when I was new to Anime and they don't play many varieties of Anime, mostly mainframe Anime like Inuyasha etc... but I've never had it on demand so maybe it's changed.
