Wonder if one could get it imported legally over to the US. This is sweet.

I am sure hardcore fans of Evangelion would buy this despite the price. I am sure that must of taken a long time to make the board a work of art though.

If I were to buy it (ha ha ha ha ha money ha ha no), even if I did snowboard I'd feel bad defacing it (scuff marks, scratches, nicks, dents).

I'm guessing this is more of a collector's item than anything.
Snowboards can get busted up pretty quick.

It may be just me, but something about the sensation of wearing a plugsuit worn by a fourteen-year-old girl doesn't feel right somehow.

That getup looks more like Asuka's heat-resistant puffball suit.

Not to stereotype all Otaku here, but I find the prospect of certain Otaku sliding down a frozen mountainside a bit comical.

If I saw someone wearing this, I would stop and laugh at them
seriously
making sure to point out the price
Then I would probably turn up my music and continue down the mountain...
And Im saying this as an Evangelion fan and as a Snowboarder
(I can easily ride down all difficulty levels )

I don't snowboard, but I would still get that board so I could put it on my wall.

Forget the 14 year old girl the idea in general is creepy. I'd rather not wear the suit or ride the board. Besides i'll just keeping getting hurt anyway and jumping out of bed before I heal till someone jumps in for me and hits a rock.
...or loose their mind. Whichever comes first.

the snowboard actually looks good, even for non-anime fans
and the suit
well, i would sooo wear it, but only if all the other snowboarders are anime fans too

Hmm. I like the design of the suit, but comparing the size of the suit to the anime makes it look completely ridiculous.
