I had not heard anything much about this series, but the premise sounded interesting, girl who sucks at magic summons a japanese boy from our world, into hers, which is full of magic and monsters and such. I rather enjoyed it, there was some action, although for the most part fairly predictable plot. Some of the characters seemed borrowed from other JC staff series, as well. The two main characters, Louise AKA Zero and Saito Hiraga, definitely reminded me of Shana and Yuji from Shakugan No Shana, and the red haired girl reminded me a lot of the blonde from Maburaho. At least Saito was competent in a fight, thanks to some magical aid. I enjoyed the series, and hope that someone licenses the other seasons, so that I can see them. Anyone else see this series, what did ya think of it ?

I agree, I was like ooh! Magicial girl, summons human, tsundere, etc...etc *spoiler* *spoiler* but after about the first 13 episodes (season 1) It seems they threw away the plot of why she is called 'zero' and then started focusing on ecchi half-baked humor, and louise physically abusing saito. It had so much great promise, but even in the first episodes, it seemed there was more ecchi than magic....ness.
Like Rosario + Vampire. except... minus the pantsu. Well.......maybe not. |

Well it doesnt have that much in common with shana tho louise does act similar tho prolly a bit more abusive. Season 1 is really good i really loved the story and comedy. Season 2 was pretty bad it had some hit and miss episodes but only the last 2 were noteworthy the last ep is pretty epic (saito vs infinite soldiers). Season 3 wasnt as good as the 1st season either but it was alot better than season 2 and had a good amount of ecchi. Ya also get sick of louise after awhile cus she sorta changes from that sympathetic girl she was in season 1, and becomes a bit more jealous and abusive towards saito. I always preferred siesta and the princess tho. Tabatha and the elf Tifa arent bad either. Well anyway i do hope that geneon start working on the next 2 seasons since i do like the series and the dub was pretty well done.
