I was looking for a new manga with some good gun play. So far I've read:
Dogs
Dogs: Bullets & Carnage
Trigun
Cowboy Bebop
Black Lagoon
Full Metal Panic
and
Red Eye

Kenichi Sonoda's Gunsmith Cats has more gunfights and car chases than you can shake a stick at. Dark Horse just re-released the series last year in new, cheaper editions, as well as starting to translate the new sequel Gunsmith Cats Burst. It's a bit on the "mature" side, though, so if you're under 17 you might not be able to buy it.

Korean manhwa Priest is a neat horror / western story with some gun fighting. Speaking of horror gun fighting, Hellsing has some pretty damn crazy shootouts.

I second Priest but also take into account that it suddenly ENDs at volume 16, something to do with the artist/writer, the story does not continue past this and there is no ending. The story is left unfinished and many questions hanging open.

It..just..ends....that's the worst thing i've ever heared...i'm one of those obsessive people who can't move on until they finish a story they start, bad, good, doesn't matter...i need to see the ending..so, you just presented me with my hell.

There's gotta be some artist who would be willing and could do a good job at finishing the story as a ghost writer.
