I was at that concert. I volunteered for the con. A guy held up a sign that said T.M. have my baby. Another guy held up a sign that said I'm yaoi for T.M. Maybe the reason he hasn't been here in a while is because he was afraid he was going to be anally raped by fans. Also so girl held up a sign with her phone number on it. Everyone called her at once.

Is it 867-5309?
The NY Comic Con was already a few months ago, wasn't it? This article took awhile.

There were about a million logistical reasons for that. I do apologize for the lateness of it, but there were so many factors in the way I'm surprised we got it at all.

Was the interview done in English or Japanese? Seems to be a nice guy! Though I'd really like to find out eventually why so many Japanese people prefer foreign music, but that would be somewhat hypocritical of me to ask considering most of what I've got now is Japanese or from Europe.
Didn't realize he also did more than voice acting- that definitely is a lot of stuff to be doing at once. Hopefully Abingdon Boys School will be able to come to the US at some point, they rock pretty hard.

I was curious about that myself, but considering I collect so much Japanese music I am guess I can see why.

Heh, I must be behind on the times then (and have a really poor ability to reckognize voices...) because I had no clue T.M. Revolution was the lead singer for abingdon boys school! That's pretty cool then. It's a no wonder why I love both so much.

Didn't they take his song out for Folklore?

He does understand English pretty well. The interview was done most likely in Japanese. I meet a librarian at his concert that went to the signing and she said that when people asked him questions in English he replied in Japanese before the question could be translated. He speaks English but has a very thick accent.

I hope he comes back to America soon. I saw him at Otakon 2003 and PMX 2004, but was in Japan during the New York appearance. I also found out too late about his last Japanese tour so I missed it, and now I'm going home before his next tour here... Argh. :p But I did buy the new single "resonance" the day it came out! It's not bad, and I like it a lot better than his other recent singles.

It wouldn't be surprising if it wasn't in the English version. The song was meant for the Japanese version of the game, after all.

I'm definitely on the same boat as you here. When I first heard heard of the band (Innocent Sorrow, D.Gray-man OP1), I had no clue myself. It wasn't until several months later after that (which would be around three months ago) that a friend told me that T.M. Revolution was the lead singer for Abingdon Boys School. It didn't even occur to me the the voices sounded similar.

Thought I'd point out that on page 2, it should be Rascal Flatts.
