Looking forward to it! |

Indeed. What wasn't mentioned is the impressive number of statues and figures that have been churned out as well. I love seeing artist collaborations like this that still maintain a similar sense of style. Good stuff, even if most of the girls don't actually appeal to my own personal tastes.

Oh lard, should've seen this coming. Well, that's more fanservice craziness that they'll be sticking to the backs of the "otaku" economy. Considering the amount of fanworks that were being done on the side. If you know what I mean. Of course more money for the creators as well.
Man 'Hisayuki-san' is getting "mad" work yo! |

Let me guess, underaged girls doing lewd postions or wearing skimpy clothing?
Or even worse, inapporiate amount of fanservice that push the boundries of normalcy? |

Not really, it's more like falls between Ikkitousen's paper mache-like clothing and the upcoming Soul Caliber IV's destructible armor were clothing at a point is destructible but not as ecchi as the former where main Queen's Blade books will not show complete topless or full nudity, but potentially not quite as tasteful (I'll be using term loosely considering the diverse membership here) as how the latter will be doing it. While the main books of the series are supposed to be part of a game, most people I know collect them as affordable artbooks. |

What irks me is the fact the female cast is probably a bunch of underaged girls, so that is midly disturbing. Now if the female cast were adults, then at least the disturbing factor would go away. |

Not really. They didn't seem to want to cater to any one fetish with the characters. It's a very broad range of types going from the petite young girls to the overly endowed mother figures and pretty much everything in between. Most of the youngest looking characters are pretty well covered in typical maid outfits and whatnot. Look it up, you might be surprised. Emerje |

I have always had a hard time seperating the official art form the doujin. For a great while I though it was some sort of PnP H-RPG.

The thing that makes this doubly weird is that Queen's Blade uses the rules from Lost Worlds, which was put out by Flying Buffalo (the company that did the second ever tabletop RPG, Tunnels & Trolls), and the original versions tended to look more like this.
