From what I remember from the WN (this was back in 2020 or 2021 so my memory is a bit iffy and this could be out of date) the student has feelings for him but it's one sided, he doesn't have feelings for her.

I've only read up to vol 3 but i would say it's wholesome enough by harem standard, most fanservice are things like hugging or head patting, there is not much to compliment on the plot and interactions so it will depend of how much the heroines cuteness will work on the viewer.

The students. Going by the latest j-novel volume(10(15 so far in Japan)), the one Allen is head over heels for is a daughter he met at the academy. But it's not like the other girls are planning to simply take it lying down, based on what I read of the discussion on j-novel...
