This seems kinda cute.
Also is "Higa" a name commonly found in Okinawa, because I remember reading up on YouTuber Ryan Higa and his Wikipedia page mentioned that he was of Okinawan descent.

"Higa" is definitely a common name in Okinawa. If you go mainland (Tokyo, Osaka, etc.), you won't see too many, but if you're in Okinawa, you'll see the name all the time.
