And the giant is finally slain. It has a lot to be proud of considering how many other Tales mobile games were born and died during its tenure.

Wonder if it'll be replaced by anything or if they're just going to dump all their money into The Rays.

Was the first gacha game I ever played, I quit it three years ago due to some stuff they did, but came back two months ago after they changed ownership, I feel a bit sad about it ending, I have fond memories of it. I'll probably buy the memorial book.

Probably the latter, Asteria was meant to be replaced by Crestoria initially, but that failed. If thry had planned a new successor, they would have af least announced it.

Though, The Rays just finished its main story. Wonder how long it will last.

This one lasted pretty long.

Tales of the Rays is the only one left in Japan now I think?

Both, actually, they introduced "Recollection" as "the post-game dungeon you do after main story". But the anniversary stream revealed a brand new opening, new protagonists and some kind of story tied to it.

Basically, Ix and Mileena's story is over, but a new chapter will start soon.
