Seeing new animation for the early parts made me so happy. I hope that someday Naruto gets a remake without any fillers and inconsistent animation.

There is zero point for making one. You can just skip fillers anyway.

My view of time is so warp, I thought Naruto only came out 10 years ago

Look at Boruto's current state, that's what you would get in worst case scenario.
They couldn't even bring back the talent who was synonymous with the franchise, this PV was mostly carried by Twitter animators.

This was a great series to watch and read. I fondly remember turning on the tune to catch the first episode of naruto over 15 years ago.
The journey seeing him grow up from a chibi ostracized orphan to a universally acknowledged hero was wonderful!!

Zero point?
By that logic they would’ve never made a remake of Shaman King nor would they be making a manga accurate version of Ruroni Kenshin. Not to mention you can’t skip all the filler as there’s likely some extra stuff added to scenes from the manga to add more depth or impact.

Man this hit me. I'm 25 now, but got into naruto when I was 12. To me, the ending of naruto + the akatsuki saga of shippuden are some of my first moments of anime. Learning and understanding the concept of filler, censorship, Shonen power ups, and of course, the power of friendship.
With getting the manga at the library, watching the(heavily censored) anime on Disney, and getting involved in the fan community, Naruto truly was a part of my childhood and teenage years. The show eventually gets to the point where I can't stomach it, but I won't lie, I've gone back and reread it multiple times.
Also, speaking of censorship, I am guessing because it is on YouTube, there is no fear of anime censors, and the video is just as bloody as the manga. Really like that, especially nice seeing the final picture with red blood for once, as any recreations just make the blood black.
I've grown up, got married, and plan on having a family, but it's so nice to remember the times when I had nothing to do after homework than sit on the ps2 and play ultimate ninja. Time just flies, doesn't it?

The difference is that the two examples you mentioned had previous adaptations that completely strayed away from their source material or were simply incomplete, so the remakes exist to make full adaptations of the manga.
The Naruto anime completely adapts the manga from beginning to end, so there is quite literally zero logical to remake it from zero. It's like asking for a One Piece remake. Even if they did it for the sake of milking money, it would still be unnecessary as Boruto already exists for that.
If anything, you bringing up Shaman King just proves my point - it was promised to be faithful adaptation, yet it failed in both pacing and visuals. If a Naruto remake were to happen, even if certain aspects were improved from the original, who's to say other aspects wouldn't be done WORSE instead?

I fell off the Naruto bandwagon years after Shippuden ended, but I still credit it for making me an anime fan and consider it my favorite anime, albeit not the best one. This PV reminded me why. It's absolutely beautiful. I would have preferred more Part II content (largely because Part II is twice as long as Part I) and for it to have ended on Ch 700 content, but this was still amazing. Might have to give certain parts another ride.

What they REALLY need to do is the Naruto equivalent of Dragon Ball Z Kai. Clean out all the bad filler (and admittedly the two good filler arcs), improve the pacing a bit by cutting some (of the many) flashbacks, and make a complete adaptation from what you have left.

Shaman King needed a remake while Naruto doesn't need it in the slightest.

Shaman King's remake didn't fail with both visuals and pacing and it was a decent adaptation of the manga.

Personally before the video I was in the camp saying Naruto doesn't need a remake, but after watching it I've changed my mind. That being said unlike other people who seem to want a new show, I'd instead prefer a series of movies or ovas condensing each arc down to a more manageable length, with the longer arcs getting 2-3 movies/tv specials with this type of animation.

Oh it absolutely did, one must have low standards to claim otherwise. Cramming about 300 chapters into 52 episodes doesn't make for good pacing, a show will be inevitably rushed, leaving lots of material on the chopping block.
The visuals are quite embarrassing a lot of times. Flat storyboarding, questionable compositing and stiff animation that relies on still frames.

Man, this really hits me in the feels. Especially seeing the new animation and all the most iconic Openings playing over them.
I kind of wish they had showed more of the Sound Four fights.
