Nah, even with those breaks it shows signs of being super popular and gets a ton of support from the magazine already.
Case-in-point, parody gag-manga Roboco dedicated an entire chapter to the series, which it rly only does for established successes or surefire futue hits.

Even, iff the health problems persists, I would rather expect this getting moved to Jump+, so the author can work with a more lenient timeline.

Downloaded the Manga+ app just to read this excellent series. Loving it and I wish the creator the best of health and wishes for him to take his time returning.
