I hyave read som Metal Heart but cant find it in the manga section... is there a way to make it added? ;

Yes. When you go to the manga index in the encyclopedia, click on the button that says "Add a manga." There you would type in the title, followed by "manga" in parenthesis to let the staff know which format the title is in. You will also have to provide a reliable link so that the staff can confirm the existence of the title and not discard it as spam.

Someone else had already submitted Metal Heart and I just rejected it: it's Korean and has not been licensed in North America.

strange as they ore on sell here in canada at renaud-bray frensh version... if you have doutes you could check on there web site, they got them for sell and they are not in korean... well its up to you ;

They are not in Korean, but made by Korean. Strangely enough, it is available in North America in French or Spanish but not English.
By the way, do you have some sort of communication disabilities e.g. dyslexia? It's really difficult to read your post, and if it's due to illness or disability please write me or an administrator a personal message and explain your situation; we'd make proper adjustments for you. If it's due to laziness then I suggest you quit it NOW.

I apologize to everyone who ad trouble reading me... I have dyslexia and I am French Canadian. I will be more careful in the futur... Thanks for the warning.
