I don't know if this can translate into good manga sales, but I hope this compels the anime's producers to make a 2nd season.

A 2nd TV season, not a movie.

A continuation is pretty much inevitable at this point. Only question is what format. 2nd TV season is a financially safer option, but those huge numbers the Demon Slayer movie got might compel producers to roll the dice on a film.

They're already ahead of you considering we have a film coming. Which, in my eyes, might as well confirm a 2nd TV season for the main storyline. I can't see them doing multiple films back-to-back.

Is the thumbnail image not considered a huge spoiler for anime-only folks? Doesn't reveal much specifically, except that his scar is more than a scar.
