Conan surpasses Maruko to take the lead. Yashahime continues to chart, which gives incentive for another season. SnK's last episodes will be interesting to see. That is if the higher rating series don't knock it out the top 10 when they come back.

I wouldn't have pegged 'Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon' at being so popular, given all the hate I've seen for it.

As far as I know, this hatred comes from western "barbarians". At least I didn't see any news from japanese fans wanted to cancel the series because of certain scenes.

I have not seen neither the series nor Inuyasha so I can't comment on the 'hate' part, but what ends up popular in Japan and overseas greatly varies. Japanese TV rankings are usually full of that stuff: for example at the very least a lot more people have heard of Precure nowadays even if they don't watch it themselves but it's absolutely massive in Japan, but most people overseas probably have no idea about Sazae-san and why is it so huge over there.

Same with Naruto fans(mostly Westerns) on Boruto.

Disagree. If anything, western (and other fans outside japan) like it more than the Japanese. I never seen boruto episodes on this ranking, and the domestic manga sales never reach a million annually. Yet take a look at mangaplus ranking and how boruto always first (although it could be they're fans are using bot to increase the views, as mangaplus themselves have said in the past that their readers viewers are compromised and that boruto have more chapters unlocked so naturally their views are higher)
Anyway, without their international fans (that includes the westerners) boruto would have been axed long time ago
