Tabidachi - Ami Shusho, as alluded by its name (Departure: Ami, the Last Chapter), is the final chapter of Ami's story from the original Bishoujo Anime Cream Lemon. On the other hand, Ami: Sore kara is an alternate retelling created years later that ignores the events of Tabidachi - Ami Shusho in favor of a different storyline created by a different staff with different character design and voice actors. It's slightly similar to Fullmetal Alchemist (TV) vs Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (TV).
