So is the another full cast replacement or just Sonic? I'd like to know what SEGA's has going through their minds.

Travis Willingham was already replaced by Dave Mitchell as Knuckles last year. SEGA tends to clean house and recast everyone every 10 years or so. Most common theory is cost since they're obviously more well known and bigger now than when they were initially cast so they can negotiate for more money as the years go by. So why not just recast them to save a buck or two? I expect Shadow, Tails and Amy to be recast sooner or later as well.
Mike Pollock seems to be the only guy who survives all the recasts. Maybe he willingly does it for free/really cheap since he likes the Eggman role? Razz

That and I can't see anyone playing Eggman as well as he does.

Sorry to fans of RCS, but now you guys know how Jason Griffith fans felt, and how Ryan Drummond fans felt before him. I for one couldn't be happier. While it's party Ken Pontac to blame for this (who's written the dialogue in the Sonic series since 2010) Roger Craig Smith played Sonic like a ironic hipster, saying terrible uncool things like "Baldy McNosehair" at Robotnik. I hope the next actor sounds cooler, and most importantly, more like the english speaking equivalent of Jun'ichi Kanemaru, Sonic's Japanese VA.

I only ask because I want to be ready.
Though I thought Travis Willingham and Laura Bailey left because they had a kid recently.

Sega has a history of recasting the Sonic voices, so this doesn’t surprise me. I have a feeling Ben Schwartz might be voicing the character full time. I can’t see the rest of the characters being recast, but who knows? Tails, Knuckles, Silver, Blaze, Espio, and Omochao have also been recast from this generation.

I wonder why he decided to step down?

I think it is more likely Sega replaced him. His tweet starts with, "Welp" and ends with a broken blue heart. It reads more like somebody who found out he was replaced, but acknowledges that there are no guarantees of returning to the same role.

That would make sense. Some people on Twitter suggested that he might be replaced with Ben Schwartz, who played Sonic for the 2020 movie. On the one hand, that would be a mean move on Sega's part if that were true. But on the other hand, this would mean the games would have to be unionized (there currently are not) and a bunch of the remaining Sonic franchise actors would get better pay/benefits.

Anyway, good luck Roger. He was an amazing Sonic...

The games have actually been unionized for a few years now, since around the time Sonic Boom came out, which was also the time Colleen O’Shaughnessey replaced Kate Higgins as Tails for unknown reasons. Does anyone know why that happened?

I can't speak for Travis but for Laura, she gave birth in June 2018 and also around that time period was busy with The Last of Us II since in addition to voice acting, she did motion capture work for that game too.

Looks like they are recasting everyone again.....meanwhile Mike Pollock has been posting cryptic tweets, including one to Cindy, freaking everyone out thinking he might be gone too.

And now I'm sad Sad, but I'm not surprised. SEGA has shown they really don't know a direction to take Sonic for years at this point.

Looks like Mike is staying as Eggman after all, had a feeling he was considering his tweets regarding the new Netflix show was about a NDA.
