Rename 4482 to English title "Fly Peek"

Tobe! Kujira no Peek was released on VHS in the UK as Fly Peek – Peek the Baby Whale. As this is the only official English-subbed release of it in a Western country that is known of, I think the main title for the movie on ANN should be Fly Peek (as the subtitle is not needed for disambiguation), with the full English title as an aka.
