It’s really cool that the seiyuu for Maho will reprise her role for the dub!

Yeah, and I really didn't think Bang Zoom! could do Spanish dubs at all.

Is there a possibility for a Portuguese dub too, like Sentai did for Netflix?
EDIT: So it's Bushiroad themselves dubbing the anime. If it were Sentai they would use their in-house studio, but it's not in this case, despite the fact that Sentai formerly used Bang Zoom to continue dubs from LA casts.

With Bang Zoom dubbing this, I feel like it might a successor to the original Love Live dub.

Which begs the question if they're gonna use the Mexico pool of actors...or the Spanish-speaking LA pool of actors that's rare to use nowadays?

It's safe to assume that none of the songs will get dubbed, right?

It's Bushi, so you know it's gunna happen. Not to mention its almost at the end of the season and only half the groups have appeared, not to mention Arisha's character hasn't shown yet

They might do what Viz Media did for Seis Manos, where it was a mix of both LA based and Mexico City Spanish VAs

It feels like the intended audience for this dub is people who've already watched it in Japanese. The music is left entirely untranslated - no subtitles, even. While the seiyuu reprising her role is neat from a bilingual perspective, that means nothing to anyone who isn't aware she's doing double duty. Her accent and performance detract from the experience.

Could be a Bushi thing, since Bang Dream songs didn't get the translation either, though I'm pretty sure I've seen other music shows that don't get subs for songs either, or they aren't added until later on the home release
