Hmm based on the cast choice of characthers they will play, they will more or less adapt the same chapters that the anime did.
I kind of hope crunchy would be able to stream this online as well

Pretty much, just like Eizouken getting live action with idols. I wish they wOutdoor spend the money on more anime.

There are plenty of live action adaptations that are pretty good though usually they're based more on realistic stories such as Jin or Meteor Garden or Rurouni Kenshin

Izakaya Nobu is pretty down to earth, and simple, even when you count the isekai part. Unlike isekai shokudou that also put emphasis on the isekai society.
When it comes to restaurant themed manga turned live action, there's Shinya Shokudou/Midnight Dinner (it's on Netflix). It's so good to the point anime adaptation is pointless unless someone like Yuasa adapts it.
