They promised they would stream this over a year ago... well it's too bad Funimation never dubbed the OVAs, even though CR dubbed them in other languages. Now where's that Konosuba S2 dub?

No, they were released sub-only on the blurays. Similar to the Dragon Maid OVA.

I'm still so annoyed the OVAs were never dubbed, especially so if they were in other languages. I know the ADR director mentioned he would have loved to, and the show overall got a fantastic dub, so it sucks that some behind the scenes issues (whatever they may be) prevented it.

I’m not sure why people seem unwilling to accept maybe there were rights issues for why they haven’t been able to stream it until now instead of assuming Crunchyroll was refusing to stream the dub on purpose to be meanies to fans or something. And somehow Funimation hasn’t gotten any flack for the hold up on their end of things.

Personally, I'm more curious about the shows that they're dubbing that haven't gotten DVD releases yet, such as Shield Hero, Konosuba, and some shows they're already dubbing now, like Bookworm and Average Abilities.
Still waiting on whoever's gonna license Laid Back Camp and Yorimoi, though.

I know OVAs were released with the blu Ray's for the show so weren't they dubbed as well?

It’s still plausible for them to do what they did for Free Season 1 and get OkraTron to do a dub.
