I have a question: I have an image I would like to use, but as it was streamed, most of the image was heavily mosaic-ed, like 90% of the person. It is not porn, I believe it was done for copyright reasons having to do with their clothing. It would only be recognizable to people who saw that particular ep of that show. Would it be ok to use?
