As far as isekai goes this is not going to be any real game changer like shield hero, overlord, re:zero, No game no life etc... but it is a decent comedy title with a bit of family messages i would say it is the same level as How not To Summon a Demon Lord. Kind of ironic as both protaginists are summoned demon lords in an isekai and is airing in the same summer season. Still i would give this a try if the later was good for you.

Those 3 characters look completely different than the manga counterpart.

If Parallel Paradise by Elfen Lied's Rin Okamoto was adapted into an anime, would that be an isekai game changer?

If by game changer you eman we start geting the ones that are worse than death march; yeah.
possible game changers, we get mushoku tensei becuase it's that good; or we get the isekai oens where the summoned/reincarnated hero is not the mc and it follows an isekai regular instead.
