My guess is its ending soon smh dont have much hope for an anime although would love to see it get one...

I don't think Hana to Yume hypes drama CDs that much these days; they throw 'em in as bonus items every few months or so for one series or another. (I've gotten several of the Yona dramas and haven't noticed this pattern of announcing them.) So I'm guessing some sort of longer-form adaptation too...

I was guessing anime, but the above mentioned live action seems much more likely. I'm not following the manga anymore, but I would watch a live action just to see how they adapt it. Hopefully it's an anime, or both!
