It's not that hard to accomplish to be more interesting, than the rest of the movies. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed a lot of the movies just for the fights, but non of them had much of a story to begin with.

Blink twice if they're forcing you to say that, Nozawa.

You got it wrong, Broly's voice actor is Bin Shimada and not Satoshi Shimada.

You just can't admit your willful hatred of the Broly movie isn't rooted in irrational past prejudice, can you?

Heh it’s funny that Broly’s movie is the apparently the most interesting one even if DB movies in general aren’t very interesting or complex.
Go Broly, keep on being awesome.

I think you're conflicting something being "interesting" with their writing quality. Those 2 aren't mutually exclusive.

Came here to say the same thing.

It got a good review on ANN so *shrug*. I mean, I wouldn't go to a DB movie expecting it to be spectacularly deep or anything. I definitely thought it was entertaining, though I probably won't go out of my way to watch it again. (Grew out of DB a long time ago.)

as long as this version of Broly isn't pissed off because Goku cried as a baby then this could be the best Broly movie

The least spoilery thing I can say about this Broly is that he doesn't know a single thing about Goku before they meet. One of the trailers also speaks the truth about this Broly: he's not evil, and he doesn't fight because he wants to.

Well it’s not like they had much to go off of in terms of “interesting” dragon ball movies especially since most of the Z movies just felt like filler and sometimes really contradicted the main series plot though I will say that the specials Bardock the father of Goku and the history of Trunks were pretty interesting and make me wish that they would have done more of those types of stories with characters from the Z series that aren’t the main cast.

Those are TV specials, not movies.

Given her age (82), whenever I see Masako Nozawa's name or face in a news website my heart skips a beat
