Yes. The teacher is the girl's sister. This is just another spin on Kiss X Sis. I know, no twins and the guy actually likes one - and has gotten himself involved with the other - but it is still another "guy with two stepsisters" formula.

There is no cradle robbing going on. They are step siblings. The father married the girl's mother.
Guess they are going to have to tone down the nudity. Stuck in chapter hell, on the manga. They haven't released a new volume for awhile now.

How hard to understand is that the father married the girls' (the student and the teacher) mother, and now they are stepsisters of the protagonist, as simple as that.
