I don't know what to make of this. I thought that the sole male voice belonged to the dog but hey, it's actually a living person now. I will give the first episode a try but I'm not keeping my hopes up.

Is it just me or does this look like a zombie idol anime? The staff doesn’t really make me confident that it will necessarily be good one, but it might be interesting to see if that’s the case and what they do with it.

Are we sure that's not the case? Seem like it has that film's tongue-in-cheek, wacky violent zombie apocalypse vibe. Also the movie came out in 2009, and the calendar in the background clearly says 2008... Just found out apparently a sequel to the film is supposed to start production in January and come out next October. |
