That was quite nice of the staff. Comic Girls is one of the better shows this season.

Honestly I was (pleasantly) surprised that the staff of Comic Girls was even aware of CR’s map and made some artwork in response, so I don’t think the lack of other such responses from other shows is indicative of anything but not knowing about it.
Even as an American, I’m not sure I could even name a city and/or landmark in Wyoming off the top of my head.

For those not in the know - that specific style of ribs (trimmed to an even rectangle) is known as the St. Louis cut.

^ ^ That's just an artificial memory block. I know you've heard of Yellowstone National Park, Devil's Tower (Close Encounters) and Cheyenne.

*tongue in cheek* You mean to say Yogi Bear lives in a real place, that aliens are real and Cheyennes are not fictitious like elves?

Yeah, I think it's really cool they even took note at all and went out of their way to do an illustration. I'm quite happy seeing this for a variety of reasons.

While I am not following "Comic Girls", it's nice that senpai notice the Missourians.

I did not expect Japanese animators to take notice of Missouri of all places. I am pleasantly surprised.

Again, this was an extremely misleading graph. Many of them were in fact, NOT non-sequel anime. Comic Girls was probably top in a lot more states if they took on spin-offs and spiritual sequels. Cool of the staff to do this, but they deserve to know the show is loved in far more states

That is really something. Missouri might not be the only state that enjoys Comic Girls but it’s still a really cool acknowledgement by the staff’s part. I also wonder how JP fans think about this.

That is very touching of both Comic Girls author and Missouri viewers. Goes to show that an underrated show can be loved. This CGDCT anime is so cute and sweet.

As an Anime watcher from St. Louis I'm super honored. I hadn't seen this show but I am now, and I want to send you a "your welcome" reply to any of the staff that I can through twitter or some such.
