Quote: | Tadakoi relies on about three characters to be "funny" (kind of obnoxious tbh), while the rest are as remarkable as vanilla pudding. |
*Deep breaths*,*deep breaths* Whoa whoa whoa you got beef with vanilla pudding!?
*Slaps face with glove* I demand satisfaction Sir!
Ok in all seriousness yeah this series has settled firmly into the bland category, it's nice but unremarkable. I did have high hopes at the beginning especially considering the pedigree behind it but it appears to be going nowhere fast and just twiddling its thumbs. Unless there's a big shake-up at the half way point (and I don't mean surprise fiancées) this will become a show to watch then quickly forget about.
Quote: | Not gonna lie, if the show decides to just throw out this whole foreign princess thing and turn into a romance between Kaoru and Tada, I'd be into it. |
At this point I would agree and it would be easily rectified: Tada Never Falls In Love (With Girls)

I guess I'm the only one enjoying Tadakoi more than Wotakoi. :/ like both though. I'm enjoying the character chemistry of Tadakoi even if it is moving slowly.

This show is moving at a slow pace and currently doesn’t have much of a plot going on, acting more on the slice-of-life side of things (not that that’s a bad thing), but I still feel that this show is worth a watch. It’s pretty cute/charming and I’ve been really enjoying it so far.

The fat cat, Nyanko Big, being the epi. narrator in the 3rd epi. is reason enough for me to continue watching this show. Seriously, I want an Eng. dub of this to happen soon and I want David Wald voice Nyanko Big! However, I know that might not happen.

Nyanko Big is definitely my favorite part of this show so far. Reminds me a lot of Kimagure Orange Road. Though at least in KOR I prefer a human character over the fat cat. For the record, Madoka steals the scene even when Jingoro is in it. Nyanko Big steals every scene he is in!
