When YenPress announced the license, I got stuck on the fence for this series. Now, this anime can help me make up my mind of I'd be willing to spend $ on the manga. Of course, that is if the anime is going to be on a streaming service I already have...

I think there is also an uncanny valley when it comes to cute. She looks almost menacing in that regard, but in a show about demons, is this a positive or negative intention? Judging by Japan's history with Christian themes, these odd adaptations are a dime a dozen, but it shows the line between 'cute' and 'evil' has blurred into a uniquely Japanese interpretation. Based on the PV, I think the 'horror' element is interesting enough to watch the show and see how this story will use these different themes, but hopefully in a memorable way.
