Making my anime list public on mobile?

I just finished going through the encyclopedia and making my anime list. I want to link it to friends but it's not public. And the steps to make it public don't seem to work on my mobile phone browser. Both guides to making lists public mention either a Misc. section or a right hand column and I don't have either. What can I do?
