Unless they've already been working on season 2 for a few months, I don't see it coming out this year. A show like this takes a lot of time.

YES, I hope we get some more interesting bits of animation, the paint on-glass animation from season 1 was great, more of that would be welcome. Maybe some single layer animation.

I wonder if they'll give it the my hero treatment? I would love for it to get 25 episodes and I think it could probably adapt up to the World Domination Arc

Mob Psycho 100 one of my all time favorite Anime series is getting a second season! All I can say to that is HELL YEAH!!!

Having 2 cours over 1 does not automatically mean it will be an inferior show. AT one point, mid 90s to around the early 10s, having 2 cours was the norm.

I would certainly be down for more of Miyo Sato's incredibly original and beautiful animation!

The best anime-related news of 2018 so far. The first season was a masterpiece and people who know their shit realized it was a superior adaption to Madhouse's OPM in every conceivable way. So much energy, creativity and talent was poured into its S1 sometimes I have a hard time believing it actually exists.
