Would someone point me to where this is stated, please? (Do not mistake me—I prefer macrons—but I would like an official citation.) If it is not explicitly stated—Dan: would you (or Tempest) be kind enough to add it to the rules? |

To make matters even more confusing, there are two seiyuu named Hiroko Takahashi. One is 高橋 裕子, who is actually now known as Ao Takahashi 高梁 碧 (source 1) (source 2). There is also another "Hiroko Takahashi" named 高橋 ひろ子 (source). Judging by the Les voix pages, the Kokoro Library and Diamond Daydreams roles belong to the Hiroko Takahashi who is now Ao, while the others (all for older series) likely belong to the other Hiroko Takahashi, though I can't confirm the Silent Möbius credit. |

Matsumoto, Yoshirou (#51332) appears to be duplicated as Matsumoto, Yoshiaki (#41720). I am not 100% sure they're the same person. However, I am certain that some of the entries for "Yoshiaki #41720" is incorrect.
I'm listening to Radio School Days shucchouban 2 (part of Limited Edition School Days DVD Volume 2, Japanese release), where he is featured as a guest because he voiced Sawanaga, Taisuke. He introduces himself as Matsumoto, Yoshirou. I'm sure he knows his own name I believe there is only one person (Matsumoto, Yoshirou) and that Yoshiaki is just a mistake. |

While there are other opinions, a Google search's first two hits for [松本吉朗] (taken from the Yoshiaki entry; the Yoshirou entry for reference) are for his Japanese Wikipedia entry and for this site (which seems to be his talent agency), both of which agree with you ("まつもと よしろう"; kanji/kana–romaji translator). |

Mouka TSUGINO (#40729) and Mōke Tsugino (which I just entered) are the same—compare this Google search and this one. Both worked for Pink Pineapple, and both have the same kanji:次野望華. It is only the "-ka" versus "-ke" that really differs; my source for the "-ke" transliteration is Nutech, e.g. (NSFW) here.

Okay this is a guy who likes using tons of names but he is from Houston so it would be great if you could merge this.
The main name is Todd Waite, he also goes by TJP and T.J. Postlewaithe It does say TP but that is a typo and It would be nice if you could fix this asap because he is in a show recently (Red Garden). |

Eiji Komato is actually Eeji Komatsu
No idea how this arose as the front cover of the US manga volumes credits him correctly. He also clearly did the illustrations for the novels (the covers at least) - his colouring style is instantly recognizable if you've seen any of his Maburaho or Iriya art - however the English novels do not credit the illustrator at all, only the guy who designed the covers (his main input, as I now realise having found an image of the original cover for volume 2 being to perform some subtle censorship on Wooty by moving the logo) Also confirmed on the Japanese wiki: http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/JUNK_FORCE http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/駒都えーじ [edit]Sorry, wrong Eiji Komatsu - you have him under Eeji Komatsu, corrected link[/edit] |

Michael Tremain (alias)
Michael Sinterniklaas (correct) I know this because he confused the hell out of me at Youmacon this year when he told me he was the voice of Crawford from Weiss Kruez, but I had saw no listing of such here before I went to the con (he was listed as staff for Weiss though). I believed him, and finally found it stated on Wikipedia that Tremain is an alias. Looking at the titles worked on, it appears he tends to use Tremain for voice work he does on titles that he does staff work on under his real name. I didn't see this listed elsewhere, and don't know why the names weren't previously combined or if there's any issues about it. |

Junichi Sato (佐藤順一) is merged with Junichi Sato (佐藤純一). One is an Anime director and the other one is a compositor. I watched the credits from the ending of Innocent Venus, and found that it is credited for 佐藤純一.
Also the staff position of Romeo X Juliet is for Kyouno Sato (佐藤恭野), his wife, also double checked with the ending credits, eventhough the staff position is Song Selection (選曲) not sound supervisor. |

I'm pretty sure he is credited, but I think it's in the opening credits (I couldn't check on it though). The staff position is 音響監修 |

Yoshi
Yoshi Etc. Yoshi etc These are the same person whose name is always written "Yoshi、他" or "Yoshi.他". Because of that I'm not sure if "他" belongs to name or refers to other people who also make music. Though I haven't seen that name appear without "他”. |

Harî KANEKO and Harii KANEKO are the same person. The correct name should be Holly KANEKO. (This spelling "Holly" was used on his old websites) |

I found this one from his website, In some dubs he is credited under the name of David Keefir
His Real name is Keith Silverstein Source: Look at hisResume on Animation and notice how he credits himself in the exact same roles as his alias. |

You are quite right, I never noticed that the ending credits didn't include the whole credits. My mistake, sorry. But still merged with the other guy. Also explains why his wife is working on it, she always works with him. |
