I mistook "Full Moon" for "Type Moon", so when I couldn't find a Saber knockoff by the end of the page I was really confused.
Anyway, the art's pretty neat.

My parents had some of this ointment ages ago. Just seeing the logo brought the scent back.
It's interesting to see so many takes on the same theme/character. A couple of them remind me of Alicia from Valkyria Chronicles for some reason.

That's exactly what I was thinking! Especially with Tanemura's rendition.

No one mentions Oh My Goddess chapter where the character makes cameo?

These different illustrations of Little Nurse are wonderful! I'm particularly drawn to Arina and Fukahire's depiction of her.

When I saw the nearly century old picture at the beginning of this article or on the homepage,I was surprised. You don't expect to see something like that on this site. You'd expect to see it in a history book or a website dedicated to history, not on a website dedicated to anime. It is interesting to see manga artists draw this thing. I did some research and I found that it was an American architect who later became a naturalized Japanese citizen who brought Mentholatum products with him to Japan. The rest you guys have read in the article.
Still, you don't often see an old picture like that on this site. Not at all.

I was really surprised as well. Who would say that mascots like that were already around 100 years ago? Furthermore, the design is really cute, with 100yo and it can still be cuter than the tributes
