I just couldn't contain my happiness when I saw the news about Nichijou (I started jumping in the middle of the streets).

YAAAY, Scrapped Princess! I already own the series, but the video quality is so awful that I've been hoping we'd get another release some day.

Nichijou, that's awesome! No joke, just yesterday or the day before that I was researching this series and discovered Bandai did once license it. I wonder how the ownership rescinds? I know the studio would probably never consider a second season after those horrible sales, but a dub would be nice, to put the series out there.
It finished in 2015 btw.

I don't know why Nichijou wasn't a success in Japan; it's an above average slice of life show. The flashes of the surreal are great. Kyoani also manages to find an surprising amount of places to put in some good animation.

Finally Nichijou!! and it's a nice and quick sub-only release! So excited to get that ASAP after (by then) 6 years of waiting.

Nichijou being released sub-only hurts my heart a bit... But I'm still gonna pick it up because Nichijou is my favorite KyoAni series. Besides, if this release sells well, they might go back and dub it later, like Sentai Filmworks did with Clannad. Maybe?

All Kadokawa series. Still filling me with some hope that they may get/have gotten Gosick. That's one I really hope happens. Even a sub-only BD release like with Nichijou is fine (Bandai was going to release that DVD-only if they had stuck around, so better than that at least).

Ah man same here. Got that complete set of DVD's but the quality is so bad that I couldn't finish the series. (Was close)
Super happy about this. That promo pic looks nice. Instant buy.

I hope I'm not fooling myself that The Scrapped Princess license gives me hope for a possible Wolf's Rain rescue in the future (both OOP R1 Bandai releases)?

Weeeeeeeeee!!! Nichijou, and for a bonus there not during it so maybe it'll be cheaper! I hope it does well, most of it is on youtube in one part or another and they have well over 100 000 view each!
