As of right now I only play Pokémon Go once a week since I am tired of grinding so much and yet not catching any great Pokémon so unless Niantic changes the game drastically I'm just going to give up all together. Mad

Depends on the species. It's directly proportional to the distance needed to hatch their eggs. 5 kilometers is the maximum.

Looks like the band wagoners have jumped off. I wonder if they'll return once they add generation 2 Pokémon to the game?

Possibly, but nowhere to the degree they did this time. Plenty of them were people who got off the Poketrain after the first generation.
