Weren't people in that company backlashing it or something? I forgot the article but, it seemes werid for them to show how elegant their work process is after tha scandal..

It's interesting to see part of the process at Studio Ghibli, but I kind of thought it was a standard to have different colors for characters depending on the lighting already. Though I do see varying amounts between TV shows and between movies, there is always at least one set of colors for the daytime/bright light and one for the nighttime/low light.
That being said, even John K. believes the Japanese have mastered the use of color to convey things. |
