This includes renting dvds.
I've probably spent only $300. But my parents paid for the other anime. They spent $700.

Definately between $1,000-1,500. I tend not to buy the individual DVD's, I'll just buy box set after box-set, and its quite costly

I've spent at least $1000, I've have individual dvds mostly, and they costed at least $20 each.

Probably around $3-4000. Most of it bought, renting is probably only a couple hundred of it.

I am afraid to even guess.... From my LD player (bought for anime- I didn't have any cinema releases for years) to my LDs, manga, art books, VHS, and DVDs.... nope, not even guessing.
I think I'd start crying..... |

About $1,000-1,500 this year. Of course, this is the first year I've really bought anime. I only spent about $200-300 before this year.

I think it's just better not to think of things like that.
I've only rented 3 anime movies, so that's, what, about $5-6? One was new and the other two were normal renting. As for my anime/manga collection, although it's not really all that big by any means, it's slowly growing. With all the deals, discounts, and sales I manage to find, I'm not sure how much I've actually spent.  There must be at least $500 there, if not more. That doesn't sound like alot, I know, but that was all my spare money, as I'm a poor jobless person. Once I get a job, I'll have to try to build up some 'fun money' again and go from there.

I'm easily into the few thousand right now my collection consits of about 1,000 burned cds a little over 200 vhs tapes and about 50 dvds so yeah a few thousand

Amen...... I used to spend alot money (which I didn't have) on manga. I think it comes down to 750$ (which is really alot here, If I were to compare - just imagine spending 3000$)... |
