I can see Conan and HxH, but Vandread isn't as popular as a title as the other 2. I guess they were aiming to the niche fans. Were I to watch Vandread, I would watch the dub since the lead guy is voiced by the dubbed Minato Namikaze.

What else would you expect. For years people fansubbed and uploaded to torrent sites and Mega Upload, and look what the FBI did to Mega Upload. People are starting to pay consequences, even though Mega and Pirate Bay are back up, technology is becoming more advanced to track to people.

There have been plenty of articles over the years - just search the news for "Perfect Dark" and "WinNY" (Share is newer, but harder to search due to the name... but "share arrested" brings up plenty or relevant results). Come to think of it, I think I downloaded Vandread fansubs from WinMX back in the day... |
